Dr Angela Love BWAngela Love, PHD

Dr. Angela Love is the founding principal of the Daymark Group, LLC and has over 20 years of experience in Fortune 500 corporation management, consulting, and coaching.

She has extensive global management experience in the Information Technology industry with expertise in the areas of information systems development, sales and marketing.

During her 13 years of employment with AT&T she gained intensive cross organizational experience in the areas of operations, team based management, and information systems. Her global management experience provides her with in-depth knowledge of diverse industry business operations with an understanding of key organizational and leadership development principles.

Angela served as Chairman of the NASA, Florida State Technological Research and Development Authority, and Palm Beach County Business Development Board’s Technology Outreach Program for 2 years.
She has coached and consulted with teams and executives within a variety of industries:

  • Microsoft
  • Tyco International
  • GlaxoSmithKline
  • AT&T
  • Citrix Systems
  • Marquette Medical Systems (G.E.)

In her work with people and teams, Angela uses diagnostic assessments and planning and analysis tools to customize and streamline the development process in order to address unique business needs.

She is certified by:

  • The Hay Group Consulting Company to perform the Emotional Competency Inventory (ECI)
  • Lominger to provide Voices 360 Feedback
  • The Management Resource Group to perform the Leadership Effectiveness Analysis.

Angela’s doctoral research and dissertation focused on mindfulness and ethics and she often incorporates mindfulness and meditation practices in her work with corporate executives and teams.

Angela earned her PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Capella University. She holds an M.S. in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern and a B.A., in Communication from Seton Hall University.

She is a member of the Neuroleadership Institute, the Society for Human Resource Management, the Organizational Development Network, and the American Psychological Association.

PUBLICATIONS:

Dr. Love’s article on her research and work with mindfulness as a leadership development tool to enhance mental capacity was co-authored with her colleague, Julie Maloney, and published in the 2010 issue of the Neuroleadership Journal.

John Bess

John Bess Advisor The Daymark GroupThe Daymark Group Advisory Board is lead by John Bess, of John Bess, LLC,  a venture focused company which invests in and/or advises start-up and emerging companies.

John brings extensive leadership experience in both large and smaller entrepreneurial organizations gained from over 35 years of general management and consulting experience, including 21 years at Procter & Gamble, many as a senior executive responsible for some of their largest businesses. Post P&G, John was President/COO of International Home Foods, playing a key role in revitalizing this $1.5 billion food company's brands and executing its successful IPO after it's divestiture from American Home Products (Wyeth).

John has extensive consulting experience, having spent time at PwC/IBM Consulting as part of their Corporate Strategy practices. John is a member of the Dean’s Executive Advisory Board at New York University’s Stern School of Business.
